Changzhou Baoxin Metallurgy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise registered in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province, which is mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of spare parts for metallurgy equipment, hoisting machinery, oil drilling rigs, and heavy decelerator boxes.

Our company/GEAR dealer boasts a professional team who is full of vitality, with high efficiency, and industry minded. Our R&D technicians are highly skilled with rich experience, and possess strong design and development capabilities. There are two experts in our company who enjoy the state special allowance. We have carried out broad cooperation with renowned factories and design institutes both at home and abroad.

Materials
We stock a variety of materials in-house but can supply almost any grade of steel.
Forging
Our 10,000-ton hydraulic press can create near-net forging with a refined grain structure.
Heat Treatments
Material grade drives typical heat treatments, but we are capable of reaching up to 65 RC for most materials.
Machining
Our machining capabilities include a wide array of machines that allow for an efficient route from forging to finished parts.
Quality Control
We inspect every product that is ready to ship to ensure all parameters have been met.
Custom Components
We can fabricate custom components, fittings, bushing, and bearings for final assemblies to make field installations faster.
